*Disclaimer: If you're building multiple ADUs at the same time, and only 1 or 2 units are subject to development charges, the fee for the chargeable unit(s) is calculated based on the average of all unit types being built.
Example: Say you are building 3 ADUs — 2 studio units and 1 two-bedroom unit. Say only 1 of the units is eligible for fees.
In this case, the fees for the chargeable unit would be equal to (2/3 × studio rate) + (1/3 × two-bedroom rate).
