Disclaimer: Your total rebate is calculated based on the allocations per fixture, or appliance and/or system as verified during the final home inspection and through proof of purchase dated no more than one year from the submission of this form. The maximum rebate available is $2,465 per single-family home or $415 for each unit in a multi-residential building The City of Guelph may request a site visit to confirm the installation of water saving products.
