    Submitting this form does not guarantee a booking; however, it enables us to process your request efficiently and follow up with you regarding next steps, availability, and any applicable fees or policies.

    Rental agreements for this space will be issued following the completion of past use agreements for existing locations. 

    We anticipate that seasonal rentals will start based on the following timelines as we move into the upcoming operational cycle.

    Please note that these timelines are based on current construction schedules and cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend that groups avoid scheduling programs that are mandatory or require fixed commitments during this period and instead plan activities that can be easily adjusted. Should delays occur, we may not be able to provide alternate space to accommodate bookings if the facility is not yet ready.

    South End Community Centre use in 2026-27 will not be considered as past use for future seasons. Rentals will be reviewed and may include adjustments prior to the fall/winter 2027-28 rental season.
