2026 Guelph Seasonal Patio Program

Thank you for renewing your Seasonal Patio Program Encroachment Agreement. Please ensure that you have read and understand the guidelines and Frequently Asked Questions for the 2026 program at guelph.ca/patios. This application is open to all business owners who currently hold an encroachment agreement with the City of Guelph to use city-owned streets for installation between May and September each year.

Please note: It is the ongoing responsibility of Patio operators to ensure compliance with any and all mandatory regulations, by-laws and third-party requirements. The guidelines and any related Seasonal Patio Program requirements are subject to change without notice.

PLEASE NOTE: Patio operators whose patio layout, location, and proposed construction has changed between application year and renewal year must submit a new application. Additional fees may be applied.
