  • If you believe a lobbyist has violated the City of Guelph’s Lobbyist Registry Bylaw and/or the Lobbyist Code of Conduct, you may file a complaint. Complaints can be submitted through the complaint form below. Your complaint will be reviewed by the City of Guelph’s Lobbyist Registrar. Please provide detailed information about the alleged violation.

    The Lobbyist Registrar shall preserve and maintain confidentiality throughout the complaint process where this does not interfere with the course of any investigation. This includes the confidentiality of the complainant.
