  • To speak at a meeting or share materials with the Committee of the Whole or City Council, please complete the following form by 10 a.m. on the last business day of the week prior to the meeting.

    You can include documents under 20MB with your submission.

    Public meetings of Council and Committee(s) are recorded. They are live streamed on the City’s website at guelph.ca/live and the City’s social media page(s), and will be posted online. In addition, they may be recorded and broadcasted on a local television channel. You may be seen and/or heard as part of these broadcasts and your name, comments, and/or presentation materials will become part of the public record.
