Rain Garden installation deadline date (60 days from approval)
Complete and submit this Pre-Approval Application Form to Reep Green Solutions before installation of your rain garden so that the rebate funds are reserved for you. Rebate funds will be reserved for 60 days from the application pre-approval date.

Rebate is not approved until you receive written confirmation from the City of Guelph.

Within 30 days of your Reep Green Solutions verification visit, the Rebate Verification Application Form must be submitted with:
- Original sales receipts or proof of purchase invoices
- Itemized list of materials and costs
- Before/during/after photos of your yard and new rain garden
- Soil sample
Personal information, as defined in the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection Act (MFIPPA), on the form is collected pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001 and in accordance with MFIPPA. This information will be used for the purposed of administration of the Rain Garden Rebate Program.
