The Municipal Conflict of Interest Act requires that all applications alleging a contravention of the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act include a statutory declaration. After submitting this application, City Clerk’s Office staff will contact you to arrange a time to have your application commissioned in order to meet this requirement. After your application has been commissioned, it will be sent directly to the Integrity Commissioner.
